The Dohmeyer Cryo Roll is designed to distribute cryogenic freezing power equally all around the designated products. These machines are especially well suited for the so called Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) processes in a continuous production process.
Equipped with a standard, operator-friendly HMI touch screen and Siemens PLC software with recipe storage capabilities to ensure a consistent freezing result every time.
